Dr. Evaine K. Sing, RLA is a community development and organizational strategy consultant whose work connects people, place, and possibility. Through EKS Solutions, she helps nonprofit and community-based organizations translate ambitious ideas into sustainable programs, policies, and partnerships.

Her experience spans neighborhood revitalization, vacant land stewardship, housing stability, strategic planning, organizational development, and community engagement and landscape architecture.
