Marisol Wandiga Valentin is the Executive Director of McAuley Ministries Foundation, the grantmaking arm of Pittsburgh Mercy. Founded by the Sisters of Mercy, the Foundation serves as a compassionate and transformative presence in Pittsburgh's Hill District, Uptown, and West Oakland communities.

With a passion for organizational improvement and community impact, Marisol develops innovative initiatives that empower people and strengthen organizations. She holds a B.S. in International Business from Duquesne University and a certificate in Global Development and Humanitarian Aid from La Roche University and RedR. Her career spans more than 25 years in marketing, international communications, project management, public health, nonprofit leadership, and workforce development.

Marisol serves on the boards of The Provider Alliance, Human Services Center Mon Valley, Grantmakers of Western Pennsylvania, and Partner4Work. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her family and exploring new places, especially beach destinations.
