Susie Chase has led Open Minds for 18 years. She has facilitated strategic planning, program evaluation, decision-making processes and board retreats for a wide range of organizations. Recent clients include Three Rivers Alliance of Community Health Centers, Westmoreland County Department of Human Services, Age-Friendly Greater Pittsburgh, Keep Pennsylvania Beautiful, Achieva Advocacy, Adagio Health, Veterans Place and the Hillman and FISA Foundations. Earlier in her career Susie founded Working Order, a nonprofit small business incubator for entrepreneurs with significant barriers to traditional employment, and oversaw its merger with Volunteers of America. She currently serves on the board of Familylinks and Vintage Senior Services.
