Arsenial T. Runion is a healthcare executive, educator, and community leader with a demonstrated commitment to organizational transformation, health equity, and community engagement. He serves as President and CEO of East Liberty Family Health Care Center in Pittsburgh, where he has led significant organizational growth, strengthened financial performance, expanded healthcare services, and cultivated strategic partnerships throughout the region.

Runion also serves as an adjunct faculty member at Park University and holds advisory roles with Duquesne University, including the Rangos School of Health Sciences and the Nasuti College of Osteopathic Medicine. He holds a Master of Healthcare Administration and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Healthcare Ethics at Duquesne University, with scholarly interests in organizational ethics, healthcare leadership, and health equity.
