Jared Buck is a Maintenance Director with nearly two years of dedicated service at Family House, 12 years in his facilities career. He tries to bring extensive technical expertise and operational leadership everywhere he goes. Jared oversees all facility operations, safety compliance, and physical infrastructure in his building.

He has extensive experience in preventative maintenance, vendor management, and large-scale operational logistics. He aims to ensure a secure, reliable, and welcoming environment for his guests, guest's families and staff alike.

In his role as judge, Jared will apply the same disciplined, analytical approach that he brings to his facilities management. He will evaluate entries with an eye for detail, structural integrity, practical execution, and compliance with the current standards.
