Leah Baldwin leads strategic planning, finance, and organizational operations at the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership. Leah guided the creation of PDP's five-year strategic plan and plays a key role in initiatives that support economic development, public realm improvements, and organizational effectiveness creating a vibrant, inclusive, and economically strong Downtown.
