Kevin Gieder founded Kevin Gieder Consulting in 2019 to provide hands-on financial management consulting, management coaching, and strategic project-based services to nonprofit organizations and charitable foundations. The practice helps mission-driven leaders bring greater clarity, discipline, and confidence to their financial decisions - translating complex financial information into practical tools for planning, governance, sustainability, and growth. Kevin brings more than 14 years of experience in Pittsburgh's nonprofit sector, where he helped guide the formation and operation of local talent-sharing collaboratives and designed and managed the region's first capitalization and investment education cohorts. Kevin previously served as Chief Financial Officer of The Environmental Finance Collaborative, an initiative that provided five Pittsburgh-based organizations with strategic and operational financial expertise over seven years. Earlier in his career, he held senior finance roles at The H.J. Heinz Company World Headquarters, now Kraft Heinz, and worked in the audit practice of a local CPA firm.
